REQUIREMENT OF THE USER

The customer’s demand was for a large display that suits their auditorium. The main purpose of a large display is for special occasions, official meetings and for special gatherings.

CHALLENGES FACED BY THE USER

The challenges that the user and the team faced was to take a correct decision on what should be installed that meet the user requirement. Initially the customer opted for a large projector but there were issues for the team to accept and proceed further.

Firstly the height of the room didn’t meet the specification of the projector that was suggested by the customer as it would not give the right output to the spectators. Secondly the projector light would fall on the face of the guests. Apart from all these the main reason that the team were not content in suggesting the projector was the ambient light and large number of transparent glass windows.

SOLUTION PROVIDED TO THE TEAM

Customer on understanding the cons of installing projector came up with a decision to go ahead with a panel with a largest display that could fill the wall.

Since the maximum size of the panel 98” the only option that we could give was Active LED video wall. The customers felt convinced and satisfied as it met their size specification along with other special attributes such as “Sharp and Bright images with Exceptional Clarity, good colour accuracy with Seamless viewing display and energy efficient when compared to other display technologies”  available in the market.

CONCLUSION

The Video wall was thus successfully installed in the auditorium of the Central Board of Excise and Customs and they can now conduct meetings and gatherings without any backlash.
